The founder

Mr. Ashish Dwivedi

Founder & Managing Director, AD Sports Infra

Ashish Dwivedi brings over 25 years of leadership experience across sales, operations and business development. He leads the company with a focus on delivering turnkey sports infrastructure and multi-sport arena projects.

Before founding AD Sports Infra, Ashish held leadership roles with organisations including Tata Sky, Bharti Airtel, Videocon and Honeywell. He later spent over a decade in senior leadership positions within the sports infrastructure industry, where he gained extensive experience in sales, operations and project execution. These years gave him a deep understanding of what it takes to successfully plan, execute and deliver sports infrastructure projects.

That experience led to the foundation of AD Sports Infra. Under Ashish’s leadership, the focus remains on quality execution, dependable delivery and building sports facilities that clients can rely on for years to come.

What we do

We take a piece of ground and hand back a place to play

AD Sports Infra designs, supplies and installs sports surfaces: artificial turf, synthetic athletic tracks, acrylic and polyurethane courts, cast-in-situ rubber play areas, gym flooring and modular tiles, together with the civil work, fencing, netting and lighting that turn a surface into a facility.

Our clients are schools and colleges, residential societies and developers, clubs and academies, corporates, government bodies and commercial turf operators. A podium deck in a live building and a district athletics track share a materials list. Everything else about them differs.

We work as a single point of accountability. Survey, drawings, bill of quantities, civil, surface, fit-out, snagging, maintenance. One contract. One number to call.

How we work

Six principles
we follow

01

Specify for the site, not the catalogue

The right system is the one that suits your sun, your drainage, your footfall and your budget. Sometimes that is the cheaper build, and we will say so.

02

Own the layer nobody sees

Sub-base, falls and drainage are where surfaces are actually won or lost. We would rather argue about them at quotation stage than at year three.

03

One partner, one accountability

Civil, surface, fencing, netting and lighting sit in one scope, so when something needs fixing there is nobody to point at.

04

Quote it itemised

Civil, surface and fit-out priced separately. You should be able to see exactly what you are paying for and take a line out if you need to.

05

Finish the last five percent

Line markings straight, edges dressed, skirting clean, snags closed. The details that separate a facility that looks new from one that looks finished.

06

Stay after handover

Brushing, decompaction, infill top-up and recoating are the difference between a seven-year surface and a twelve-year one. We would like to keep doing them.

The sequence

From enquiry
to handover

  1. 01

    Survey & design

Site measure, level survey, drainage assessment. You get a layout drawing, a surface specification and a bill of quantities you can tender against.

  2. 02

    Civil & sub-base

Excavation, aggregate sub-base, kerbs, drainage, concrete or bituminous bed. Most surface failures trace back to this stage.

  3. 03

    Surfacing

Shockpad, turf laying and seaming, or in-situ pour and coating. Infill spread and brushed to spec, then game lines set out and cut in.

  4. 04

    Fit-out

Fencing, netting, goalposts, poles, nets, seating, dugouts, LED floodlighting. Erected so the facility opens complete.

  5. 05

    Handover & aftercare

Line-marking check, snags closed, maintenance schedule handed over, and an annual brushing and top-up plan if you want us to keep it.
