Monofilament artificial turf fibres

Synthetic grass

Artificial Turf

Monofilament and texturised grass for football, cricket, hockey and landscape. Laid over an engineered base, seamed, infilled and line-marked in one scope.

Football & futsal 50 mm or 60 mm infill turf for full-size grounds and five-a-side arenas. Sand and rubber infill over a shockpad, or 30 mm non-infill where dead load is the constraint.
Cricket pitches & nets 10 to 15 mm sand-dressed turf on a laser-levelled concrete or bituminous bed. Gives the same pace and bounce in year five as it did on day one.
Hockey 12 mm texturised pile, no infill, irrigated before play. Quoted with the drainage and irrigation package it needs to perform.
Multi-sport arenas 30 mm non-infill over a prefabricated shockpad. Fast to install, easy to clean, and the usual answer for rooftops and indoor halls.
Landscape & terraces 25 to 40 mm straight pile with curled thatch. Same UV package as the sports grades, softer colourways, perforated free-draining backing.

Courts & flooring

Courts & Sports Flooring

Acrylic and polyurethane courts, cast-in-situ rubber play surfaces, gym floors and interlocking tiles. Point-elastic systems built for the sport and the footfall.

Tennis & pickleball Cushioned 8-layer acrylic for clubs, 5-layer for schools and practice courts, PU 8+2 where the court has to hold colour for a decade.
Basketball & volleyball PU 8+2 outdoors or modular PP tiles over any level hard base. Both take line marking for two or three sports on the same slab.
Badminton halls PU 7+2 on a bonded rubber mat. Quiet underfoot, mops clean, comfortable through a full day of play or assembly.
Gyms & fitness floors 10 to 25 mm bonded SBR tiles and rolls. Protects the slab from dropped iron and keeps impact noise out of the flat below.
Children's play areas Cast-in-situ EPDM sized to the critical fall height of your tallest equipment. Poured in one piece, so there is no joint for a toe to catch.

Athletics

Athletic Tracks

School warm-up loops through to full 400m eight-lane facilities. Sandwich, spray-coat and full-PUR systems, set out to World Athletics geometry.

400m competition tracks 13 mm sandwich or 15 mm full-PUR over an engineered base, with lane widths, staggers and exchange zones computed to World Athletics dimensions before any material lands.
School & campus tracks 14 mm spray-coat over a permeable SBR base. Cheapest to run, water permeable, and re-sprayable once or twice inside its life.
Jogging loops 15 mm cast in place around podium gardens and society perimeters. 9 mm SBR cushion, 6 mm EPDM top, laid to the shape of the site.
Warm-up & sprint straights Short-run tracks for schools and academies where a full oval will not fit. Same build, same marking standard, a fraction of the area.

Delivery

Turnkey means
all of it

  1. Survey & design

    Site measure, level survey, drainage assessment. You get a layout drawing, a surface specification and a bill of quantities you can tender against.

  2. Civil & sub-base

    Excavation, aggregate sub-base, kerbs, drainage, concrete or bituminous bed. Most surface failures trace back to this stage.

  3. Surfacing

    Shockpad, turf laying and seaming, or in-situ pour and coating. Infill spread and brushed to spec, then game lines set out and cut in.

  4. Fit-out

    Fencing, netting, goalposts, poles, nets, seating, dugouts, LED floodlighting. Erected so the facility opens complete.

  5. Handover & aftercare

    Line-marking check, snags closed, maintenance schedule handed over, and an annual brushing and top-up plan if you want us to keep it.
