1. What this covers

This page explains what AD Sports Infra does with the information you send through this website. It applies to the enquiry form, the pop-up and slide-in forms, and any email or WhatsApp message that starts from a link here.

2. What we collect

From a form: your name, organisation if you give one, phone number, email address, the surface you are asking about, approximate area, site location, timeline and anything you type into the message box.

Automatically with each submission: the page you submitted from, the referring page, your browser user agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash lets us spot repeat and automated submissions. It cannot be turned back into an address.

We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics or social pixels on this site.

3. Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a site visit and keep a record of what was quoted. That is the whole purpose.

We contact you about the enquiry you made. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not sell or rent your details to anybody.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a project, the contact record is kept for the life of the warranty and any maintenance contract, then deleted.

5. Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a database on the server that hosts this website, reachable only through a password-protected admin page. Copies may exist in our email inbox where an enquiry has been forwarded or replied to.

6. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local storage to remember that you have already seen or closed an enquiry form, so it does not show you the same one repeatedly. Clearing site data resets that.

The admin page uses a session cookie, and only for the site owner signing in.

7. Your choices

Write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No form to fill in, an email is enough.

8. Other people's services

Choosing WhatsApp or clicking through to a map or a social profile takes you into a service run by somebody else, under their own privacy terms. We have no control over what they collect.

9. Changes

If what we collect or why changes, this page changes with it. The date at the top shows the current version.
