1. Who runs this website

This website is operated by AD Sports Infra, a sports surface and safety flooring contractor with its office in Sector 17, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Using the site means you accept the terms on this page.

2. What the content is for

Specifications, thicknesses, build-ups, timelines and cost guidance on this site are written for planning. They describe how these systems are normally built. They are not a quotation and they are not a design for your site.

A binding scope, specification and price comes only from a written quotation we issue after a site measure or after reviewing your drawings.

3. Quotations and pricing

Every quotation states its own validity period. Prices move with raw material rates, area, sub-base condition and access, so a figure quoted for one site does not carry across to another.

Where a quotation is issued against drawings rather than a site visit, it is subject to confirmation once the ground has been measured and the levels checked.

4. Warranties

Warranty terms differ by system and are stated in the quotation and the handover document for that project. Warranties assume the surface is used for its intended sport and maintained to the schedule handed over at completion.

Damage from misuse, vehicles, sharp equipment, fire, chemical spills, unauthorised alterations, or a failure in a sub-base built by others sits outside warranty.

5. Images and trade marks

Photography on this site is licensed stock used to illustrate surface types, unless a caption identifies a specific project. It does not represent a particular installation.

The AD Sports Infra name, logo and the line "Your Vision. Our Expertise." belong to us. Third-party brand names appear only where they describe a material or a standard, and remain the property of their owners.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep the technical information here accurate and current. We do not accept liability for loss arising from decisions taken on the basis of this website alone, without a written specification from us for your particular site.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
