Where we build

Projects & Sectors

Nine kinds of client, nine very different constraints, and one turnkey partner from concept to handover. The ground has to be ready on the date it was promised.

Track record

Built to take the hours

The team behind AD Sports Infra has delivered synthetic turf, court, and safety-surface installations across schools, residential societies, sports clubs, and public grounds throughout India.

Every facility comes with distinct priorities, from strict school deadline schedules and low-vibration residential rooftop tracks to heavy-duty commercial turfs engineered for continuous hourly bookings.

Sector 01

Turnkey sports infrastructure

From concept to completion — one trusted partner. AD Sports Infra manages the complete development of sports facilities, from initial planning to final handover, with every stage coordinated under one team and a single point of responsibility throughout execution.

Turnkey scope

Step 01

Site assessment

Evaluate the site, available space and project requirements. We measure, assess site conditions and confirm what the ground can take before anything is drawn.

Step 02

Planning & design

Plan the layout, sports areas and supporting infrastructure - surfaces, equipment and services - so the build is documented before it begins.

Step 03

Surface preparation

Prepare the site and base for the required sports flooring system: excavation, sub-base, kerbs and drainage, so the surface has something sound to sit on.

Step 04

Sports flooring installation

Install the selected sports surfaces for each application - turf, courts, EPDM or track - with game lines set out and cut to spec.

Step 05

Equipment, fencing & netting

Install sports equipment, fencing, netting and other required elements - goals, posts, nets and seating - so the facility opens complete.

Step 06

Testing & final handover

Complete final checks and performance testing, close the snags and hand over the finished sports facility with a maintenance schedule.
